30 Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days, in saleable condition to Regent Jewelry for a complete refund.  You also have the option of returning an item for credit on future purchases.  We will resize or repair any item (subject to normal wear and tear) within the first year.

For your convenience, Regent Jewelry is happy to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Shipping Policy

Regent Jewelry will deliver your completed design at no charge via standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available via overnight or 2 day methods.

Insurance

All items will be insured for shipping. Additional insurance may be purchased from industry specialist Jewelers Mutual (www.JewelersMutual.com).

Appraisals

If requested, a Certificate of Appraisal will accompany each item purchased.  It will include details necessary for insuring your design.  Certificates of Appraisal will be provided at no charge for items valued over $3,000, appraisals on items of lesser value will be available for $100.00.

Packaging

All items will be delivered in a beautiful Cherry Wood Jewelry Box, Necklace Wallet or Velvet pouch, perfect for gift giving or storing your jewelry. Upon request, gift wrapping materials will be made available.
