Multifaceted blue topaz measuring 18mm x 14mm is backed with a layer of opaque mother of pearl and framed by a micro-pave set bezel. Set with diamonds on a four leaf clover gallery, flanked by blue sapphires, each 4.75 mm.  Diamond weight is .80 carats.
